“Runnin4Biscuits” started when Jimmy and a friend wondered how far they'd have to run to work off their favourite indugences. R4B is a lighthearted fitness concept where Jimmy shares his weekly runs alongside the calorie equivalent of a biscuit he could enjoy from that effort. It’s not about earning food, but about showing that you can include treats in moderation while still sticking to a training plan. The goal is to bring some fun and balance into what can often feel like a very serious fitness world.
